Our Story

Reimagine us

with

When they arrived in Peru for their first mission trip in 1998, Greg and Linda English were captivated by the warmth of the people and the beauty within their culture. The resilience and compassion they witnessed from the locals ignited a passion and unveiled a calling that would later become Reimagine Worldwide.

While there was no shortage of love, kindness, or generosity in the impoverished communities, Greg and Linda quickly noticed the living conditions were dire. They saw homes made of thatch and cardboard with dirt floors, scarce access to clean water, and many without electricity. With their hearts breaking at the harsh reality, they turned to their faith and asked God to help them meet the needs of His people in Peru.

Having been witness to God’s provision for several years in their personal lives and through their outreach events in Pensacola, Florida, they were confident The Lord had positioned them in these specific communities of Peru for His purpose and that He would yet again be a faithful provider.

Meet The Founders

"Is it a God opportunity or
a good opportunity?
It's both."

Greg and Linda English have shared a remarkable journey together over their 37 years of marriage, raising three accomplished sons and retiring from respected careers. Their eldest son, Thomas, is a commercial airline pilot and owns a construction company. Ryan, their middle son, is a husband and father who serves as a youth pastor at a local church and also for Reimagine. David, the youngest of the three, oversees all construction projects for The English Company and is poised to lead the family business in the future.

Greg, a retired Special Operations Veteran from the United States Air Force, channels his leadership skills as Owner/Operator and State-Certified General Contractor of The English Company. After 30+ years as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of the Escambia County School District in Pensacola, Florida, Linda retired and has since dedicated her time to full-time mission work. Together, they combine their professional expertise and passion for service to make a lasting impact both at home and abroad.
